Zoom integration guide

Connect your Zoom account to Viora to create scheduled Zoom meetings and receive join links alongside your calendar workflow.

Before you begin

• A Viora account and the Viora Android app with internet access.
• A Zoom account authorized to create meetings. Your Zoom plan limits apply; organization-managed accounts may require administrator approval.
• A connected Google or Outlook calendar for the calendar-based workflow below. WhatsApp is optional and needed only for WhatsApp reminders.

1. Add and authorize Zoom

1. Sign in to Viora.
2. Open Settings → Connect → Meeting Platforms.
3. Select Zoom to start connecting. Viora opens a browser authorization page.
4. Sign in to the intended Zoom account, review the permissions and authorize Viora.
5. Allow the browser to return to Viora. Reopen Meeting Platforms if necessary and check the connection status.

Always begin from Viora’s Connect button. Authorization links expire and belong to the user who requested them.

2. Create a Zoom meeting

1. Connect Google Calendar or Outlook under Settings → Connect → Calendars.
2. Open the event creation form and enter a title, start/end time, time zone and any attendees.
3. Select your connected Google or Outlook calendar and choose Zoom as the online meeting provider.
4. Save the event, then verify the returned meeting link and calendar details.
5. Use the join link at the scheduled time. Zoom controls the meeting itself.

You can also ask Viora in Chat to schedule a Zoom meeting. Check the resulting draft and tap Confirm when prompted. Autonomous scheduling settings may change whether confirmation is requested. Apple Calendar with Zoom is not included in this documented workflow.

3. Optional reminders

Connect WhatsApp from Settings and enable the desired reminders. App notifications also require device permission. Delivery depends on connection settings and provider availability.

4. Disconnect and remove Viora

1. In Viora, open Settings → Connect → Meeting Platforms and select the connected Zoom row to disconnect.
2. Sign in to Zoom App Marketplace. Open Manage and locate Viora under Added Apps, then choose Remove and confirm. If your organization manages the installation, ask its administrator to remove access.

Disconnecting within Viora deletes its stored Zoom connection credentials. Removing the app in Zoom revokes authorization. Do both steps to clear the local connection and revoke access. Previously created Zoom meetings, calendar events, Viora chat history and booking records are not automatically removed by disconnection. Delete meetings in Zoom or your calendar as appropriate. Troubleshooting and support

If authorization reports missing state, an expired link or denied access, start a new connection from Viora and review your Zoom account’s app permissions. If saving reports an error, check whether a meeting already exists before retrying. See Support or contact durehamad656@gmail.com.
