Terms of Use

These draft terms describe use of Viora, operated by the Viora operating company (company name and country pending confirmation). They cover the app, website, scheduling assistant, booking pages and integrations.

Using Viora

You must have authority to use each account you connect and to share the contact and event information you provide. Keep your account secure, use accurate information, and notify durehamad656@gmail.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

Scheduling and AI

Viora can interpret requests, create scheduling drafts, create events and online meetings, and send reminders. Review dates, time zones, recipients and meeting links before confirming. If you enable autonomous scheduling, actions may occur without a separate confirmation. AI output can be inaccurate and reminders can be delayed or fail; maintain appropriate alternative reminders for important commitments.

Connected services

Zoom, Google, Microsoft, Apple and WhatsApp features require relevant accounts and permissions. Their terms, account limits and availability also apply. Viora is an independent service and is not a replacement for a Zoom account. Disconnecting a service does not cancel events or meetings already created there.

Acceptable use

Do not use Viora for unlawful activity, unsolicited messages, impersonation, unauthorized data access, harassment, or interference with the service. Only invite or contact people when you have a legitimate reason and any required permission.

Content and privacy

You retain your rights in content you submit and authorize its processing and transmission as necessary to carry out your requests. You are responsible for the information you share through invitations and public booking pages. See the Privacy Policy for data handling and your choices.

Availability, charges and ending use

Features can depend on your device, connected providers and account settings. Third-party charges may apply. Any Viora paid offer must disclose its price and terms before purchase. You can stop using Viora, disconnect integrations, and request account-data deletion through durehamad656@gmail.com. Access may be restricted when necessary to address misuse or protect the service.

Responsibility and applicable rights

Viora cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free AI responses or delivery of every reminder. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Questions and disputes should first be directed to durehamad656@gmail.com. Applicable governing-law and business terms require operator review before this draft is finalized.

Changes

Changes to these terms will be published on this page. Material changes should be communicated before they take effect where required by applicable law.
